Our group CrossFit classes are filled with fun and functional fitness! Regardless of your age or fitness level, each workout can be adjusted in weight, intensity, or movements by our coaches to be the perfect fit for you. With classes starting as early as 5 am or as late as 6 pm, there is sure to be a 60-minute class to fit your schedule.
Following CompTrain Programming, our typical class will start with a workout briefing, class warmup, a strength training segment where our coaches will demonstrate, teach, and proper form, wrapped up with a programmed workout of the day (WOD) that combines a range of movements and exercises that will make you fitter for whatever life throws at you. Our commitment is for you to leave class sweaty, feeling more fit, and be ready for more!
